Bottom line: We do our very best to make sure our guests have a safe and awesome time! An amazing crew + amazing catamarans = amazing experiences! That is why our guests keep coming back, year after year, in droves! 

Now, down to business:

• Please meet OUTSIDE Pier-E, 30-minutes prior to your scheduled time of departure.

Boating stuff: 

• Everyone needs to sign the manifest prior to boarding and provide proper in-person identification. If there is anyone under 21 years of age, the crew MUST be notified immediately. 
• ZERO TOLERANCE-If any underage drinking or drug use takes place on board, the boat MUST be returned and disembarked at the dock, and the charter ended without refund.

All charter fees are due prior to boarding, please pay any outstanding balance the day before your charter to ensure that there are no delays due upon departure.

• Please keep in mind that we’re utilizing a world-class marina, and will be walking by high-end vessels and owners that live on the docks. That is why there is an extremely high level of security at the docks, seen and unseen. It is with this in mind, that we ask that noise be kept to a minimum.
• Please listen to the crew, be careful not to overindulge in food and beverages, and understand that all activities at the docks, on and off the boat, are at your own risk.
• The Boat Captain is the legal authority when on the Catamaran. The Captain is the one who makes the call regarding whether we sail or not based on weather, sea, or wind conditions.
• Charter's are non refundable unless we cancel.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• All sales are final.
